Sansa m250 and SuSE 10.2

So, I run SuSE 10.2 on my laptop. I have a Sansa m250 MP3 player. Recently I've begun listening to some podcasts on a regular basis. I have kpodder download them automatically once a day, and I'm writing a script to transfer them to the MP3 player.

Now, the problem. When I plug in the player, it mounts fine, and I can transfer files in Konqueror.

However, it mounts as "/media/Sansa m250". No, that's not an error, there's a space in the path. Is there any way to change this? How do I deal with it in a shell script? Aside from using * a lot, is there any way to get it to mount to another location?

Is the space really a problem? You should be able to reference it in scripts by escaping the space, or quoting the whole name:

ls -l /media/Sansa\ m250

or

ls -l '/media/Sansa m250'.

I am pretty rusty on the mechanics of device automounting. Maybe check in /etc/udev or /etc/hotplug, but I am not sure what to look for.
