sandisk cuzer works on linux but not windows

I plug my usb into a windows computer and the usb gives me an endless blinking light. I plug it into my linux computer and it seems to work just fine. Anyone know what's wrong?

The whole usb is fat32 with the boot flag on

lsusb in case it helps:

Windows may fail on flash drives if the partition is not the first one.
Check this with either cfdisk or gparted/whatever.

Restart fixed it

Thanks for the help, GParted seemed to tell me that it was the first partition. I told GParted to check the disk, that didn't work. So I wiped it and reformatted to fat32. That didn't work. Another usb didn't work on windows, so I figured windows was broke. Someone told me to restart the computer. Magically windows accepted my usb :), curse windows for its mood swings:P
