Samsung SCX4100 installation on fedora core 5

Hi,

I tried to install my Samsung SCX4100 Printer on fedora core5 using CD supplied by Samsung. It was not succeed. Ethier printer or scaner didn't work. Then I download 20060719092647968_UnifiedLinuxDriver from Samsung site & installed. Afterthat Scaner is working fine, but no printing. Then I tried to install ppd file using cups. Then somehow printer works. But I think I installed wrong driver because it isn't display samsung print menu & print outs not aligned. Anyone have any idea how to Installed Samsung SCX4100 printer.

What do you mean by "display samsung print menu"? Which programm do you use for printing? Most programms have "Letter" as default, if you happen to use A4 paper. What exactly you mean by "not alligned"? Is the printout only on the upper half of the page and in small size?

As much as I know, this printer should work without to much hassle.
