Sabrent VD-GRBR

I have a Sabrent VD-GRBR which is a USB video capture device. When I plug it in the tm6000 module is loaded and it's recognized as a video device (/dev/video2). I have the 'usbadm monitor --property' info for it and it's recognized as a Trident TVBOX which shares the 6000:0001 vender_id:model_id. I've done a usb-sniff on an XP box and have the log of that.

I believe the problem lies in the 6000:0001 vender_id:model_id. Udev, I believe, doesn't correctly identify the device. The sniff log, I'm sure, would have the sequence where the correct 6000:0001 device is determined so the firmware can be loaded with the correct code.

I need help with getting udev to correctly identify the device and load the correct firmware.

Thanks,
Jim
