saa7134 frame grabber, no sound

Hi, I have just purchased a videomate framegrabber and got the TV part working, but cant get any sound out of the card.

I can pipe the sound from 1 card to another with this command.
arecord -D hw:1,0 -r 32000 -c 2 -f S16_LE | aplay -

but this adds a 0.5sec delay thats really annoying and even with smaller buffers its better but noticeable,

EDIT, just upgraded to kernel 2.6.18, same problem.

Okay, I still cant get sound but I can record TV nicely since the cards TV capture works.
so I can record and play back... at the same time to watch TV

At least it can be paused
