Rtl 8201cl

I've a asrock k8nf4g (i've the url from, but i can't post it)
This mobo has an integreted lan device (RTL 8201CL). I have installed the last relase of ubuntu (i tried debian) but this eth didn't work. I have installed the nforce driver (I found this on I can ping my ip ( but can't ping the each other, the default gw is set at (the ip of router)..
somebody can help me?
