Resize the Logical volume

Hi All,

i have installed RHEL 6.1 enterprise server edition on a IBM cluster.

there is a LVM

/logical/mapper/vg_server1_root_v0 50GB 35 15 / 66%
/logical/mapper/vg_server_home_v0 2TB 500 1.5TB /home

just wanted to know how i can resize the home and increase the /

what is the correct step we need to follow to do it.

The tldp doco is good as a general reference - note the caveat for reducing filesystem(s).
RH provide very good doco - they also have a LVM GUI. Which is described in the afore-mentioned doco. Might as well use what you've paid for ...
