reload ioctl fails in LVM on Western Digital Elements UDB disk

Hello

I'm trying to setup a LVM2 raid1 logical volume using two Western Digital Element USB disks.

I do this using the following command:
Code:
lvcreate -vvvv --type raid1 -m 1 -L 12m -n p3 test_vg
But that gives me the following error message:
Code:
#libdm-deptree.c:2329 Loading test_vg-p3 table (254:9)
#libdm-deptree.c:2273 Adding target to (254:9): 0 24576 raid raid1 3 0 region_size 1024 2 254:0 254:6 254:7 254:8
#ioctl/libdm-iface.c:1687 dm table (254:9) OF [16384] (*1)
#ioctl/libdm-iface.c:1687 dm reload (254:9) NF [16384] (*1)
#ioctl/libdm-iface.c:1705 device-mapper: reload ioctl on failed: Invalid argument
I'm using
Code:
  LVM version: 2.02.95(2) (2012-03-06)
  Library version: 1.02.74 (2012-03-06)
  Driver version: 4.24.0
Anyone knows if this is a problem with the disks or bug in LVM?
