Exclamation RedHat 9 (shrike) SCSI Card Config (possible RAID Card)

I recently added a SCSI Card ( Qlogic 1020) and 6 SCSI hard drives (canibalized from an HP NetServer LH II) connect to computer thru SCSI in hot swapable system. Anyway i was wondering how to see the harddisks that are attached to the card. and use them for storage (weather being able to use in hardware RAID or jsut as seperate disks later placed in software RAID) PLEASE HELP

basicly i want to know how to see what is plugged in to the card and be able to use the disks.

Sry for the long discription,

Dan

Luckily, I'm working on a kernel compile right now, so I was able to take a quick look in the scsi config section. There seem to be 3 modules that might support your card. Their names are

qlogicfc
qla1280
qlogicfas

I can't tell from the description which module, if any, will actually control your card. I think the first one is the most likely though

A quick Google search shows that people have been successfully using that card for raid control for years now, so I expect that you should be able to get it working without too much trouble.
