red hat ent 4.0 es problem with sata hdd

my config is== core 2 duo 2.4Ghz
Motherboard==asus P5N32ESLI
Display adapter==7600gt
i have two hitachi 250gb sata hdd and two segate 320gb sata hdd.
i want to load red hat enterprise edition 4 es.
the prooblem is it says no hdd found. i dont know which drivers to load and from where.i donot have any IDE hdd what to do.

Check with Red Hat for which SATA interfaces are supported. Check with the motherboard manufacturer also and see if they have or know where drivers are.

Also check around here in the forums and the HCL. The kernel in RHEL 4 is somewhat lacking when SATA interfaces are involved, many have workarounds like setting the BIOS to legacy mode.

Your best option is to simply wait until March 14, 2007
