Red hat 9.0 don't recognize realtek 8201PHY


I had install the RED HAT 9.0 , but it didn't recognize realtek8201 PHY .I try to install an old driver ,but my problem don't have a solution.
The realtek 8201 PHY controller is integrated in the Motherboard.
What can I do?
