Recover FAT32 disk

Windows XP has ****** up something on my FAT32 disk. And now when I try to run fsck.vfat i get this output:

Have you tried a chkdsk from 'doze ???.

I tried one aplication but there was no bad sectors found.

I think its something with partitioning table

I really don't know what to do.

btw disk mounts but I get wierd names of files:characters and numbers
