recommend high quality webcam

Hi, ive been searching on the internet for a while, and I thought it was probably best to just ask other linux users.

Has anyone got a really high quality webcam working under linux, im looking for something with a >1 megapixel (higher the better) webcam that would work under linux without costing too much money.

I was checking the HCL's for suse and it listed this website with all the supported webcams,
http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca5xx.html but they dont have any specs on the site, so I cant compare the resolutions etc...

Thanks for any recommendations.

Note, the above indicates LESS than one Mpx..
However, anyways from what I have read while looking for drivers for cams, is that among the "best" webcams going these days is the 'Lifecam VX6000'. I can't speak from personal experience, this is ONLY what I have read here and there on the net. It does seem like a pretty good camera. I have no idea what it costs.
Last time I checked, the drivers were available from the SVN/CVS repositories of berlios.de, but were VERY close to being released officially, and might be by now.
I believe there are a few users here on LQ who have one of these cams; perhaps they'll post and confirm or deny what I have read & posted here..
