reboot problem

Hi All,

I just installed FC3 (Kernel 2.6.11-1.35_FC3) on a brand new system:

Asus P4S800D=X Motherboard
1 gig crucial memory
2.4 GHz P4
200 gig WD harddrive

The problem is when I attempt to reboot. It will shutdown all the services and say restart, but it just stays there as if the BIOS is taking over. The motherboard has a SiS655FX chipset. Is there anything I can do to correct this? thanks

ETA: I have disabled the SATA in the BIOS as I am using the IDE channels.
