Realtek ACL202 Sound Card Problems

I am having problems with my Realtek ACL202 sound card. I just installed FC4 on my toshiba laptop. I originally had Mandriva on it. While running Mandirva the sound card worked perfectly but Fedora isn't liking my sound card for some reason. It has now sound out put what so ever. Any ideas ?
