Angry Radio Tuner No Longer Picking Up Stations After Updating openSUSE

I have a Leadtek Winfast 2000XP Expert TV/Radio Tuner with a Conexant 2388x chipset running on openSUSE 11.0.

The TV tuner works just fine in kdetv. Kradio was also working fine when I had (I think) openSUSE 10.3. But when I updated to openSUSE 11.0 Kradio stopped working. The issue isn't so much with kradio as it's just a GUI front end. I tried running the radio command in konsole which is a part of v4l. The program runs but when I scroll through the radio spectrum I get nothing. And the sound isn't what you would normally get when you scan through frequencies. Normally you would hear random back ground static as you change frequencies. Instead the sound is just a constant high pitch buzzing that doesn't change when I change frequencies.

I could use some help getting this to work again.
