Exclamation Radeon 9600 Setup Question

Hello everyone,
I am running a newly installed Suse 9.2 Pro system that has an ATI Radeon 9600 video card installed in it. I downloaded the correct rpm file from ATI's web site and ran the rpm as root with the -Uh argument like the instructions say to do. Two things install (all the pound signs and then the 100% show up) ... and then I get an error message

/sbin/ldconfig: File /usr/X11R6/lib/FGL.renamed.libGL.so.1.2 is too small, not checked.

then I get sent back to

linux:/home/ryan/Documents #

Every other time I have run this setup, I would then be walked through a configuration for the card, but now I am getting this error message. Does anyone know how to remedy this situation?

-ryan
