radeon 9200 3d accell in SuSE 9.1

I just installed SuSE 9.1 on my system - I have an ATI Radeon 9200 card with 128 mb of video ram. I get a picture, but I am only allowed one resolution (1280x1024) and 3d graphics are disabled. I'm new to Linux but I'd love for it to be my primary OS - any suggestions?

Go to the ATI site and download the binary Linux driver RPM.

Then go to The ATI Radeon How-To and follow the instructions to install them for SuSE.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the link - I ran the driver rpm; I now have different resolution settings and the screen refreshes properly, but 3d graphics acceleration is still unavailable. I am a complete newbie when it comes to Linux - if someone could provide -very- simple instructions for how to install the rpm the right way, I would appreciate it.
