PXE BOOT to FLOPPY

Could anyone out there give me the run down on how to set up a pxe boot on a floppy disk? I have 8 render nodes that are currently running windows xp on them and I need to set up a pxe boot so that I can change the render nodes to a specific flavor of linux. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Or any decent links that would explain in fairly good detail. First time doing this sort of thing! Cheers!

You can make a PXE boot floppy with gPXE, in addition to USB and CD.

The floppy specific instructions can be found here.
