You might have already blown the motherboard with that power supply. If you want to use standard computer hardware like that power supply, you have to build the computer yourself. I suggest you build one yourself because SIS chipsets do not work easily in Linux. SIS graphics may work ok with 2D, but what I read it is horrible for 3D and maybe video playback.
Your motherboard might also need an AUX (AT) power connector. If you bought the correct adapter to convert a 20/24 ATX standard connector to a Sony power connector, it should work.
For my Abit TH7II-RAID motherboard, I had to come up with a way to add an AUX connector from an ATX connector because the Seasonic S12-430 (430 watts) did not come with one. I used an 24-pin to 20-pin ATX adapter (for more power) and splice an AUX connector to the correct wires of the adapter.
