Promise Ultra133 Tx2 Controller Card w/ Mandrake

can someone direct me to some drivers for linux(specifically mandrake) if at all possible for a Promise Ultra133 Tx2 Controller Card. I once installed the card and tried to boot with it in and it refuses to boot. Tells me something about things need to be configured and that if im not careful i could seriously screw things up. I dont have the exact error as its been about a week or so since i last tried to install it. I'm using Mandrake 9.2 with the 2.6 kernel that supports up to 4gb of ram. The instructions say that i need to have drivers installed BEFORE the card gets installed, but that seems a bit difficult, seeings how i cant find any drivers. I have checked Promise's website and they dont list any drivers. I really want my 200gb harddrive to be just that, instead of only 33.8gb like its being seen currently. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. If i absolutely need to, i can install the card tomorrow and try to boot and report back with the errors. However, id like to avoid that if at all possible of course. Thanks again everyone.

The configuration chatter is if you want to actually use it as a raid card instead of just a good old ATA133 device controller, you should be able to ignore that and see if it detects the driver normally further into the install, the driver for the Promise 2027xx series is way past stable now. Maybe on boot passing the option nopdcraid might work...
