I have to use above card with 2 WD 36 Gig harddisks frequently. Now I want to install Red Hat Linux 8.0 using Kickstart, starting from a Dos partition, using LoadLin

First step is loading VMLINUZ ... seems to work.
Next step is loading INITRD.IMG ... seems to work.
I've updated the Initrd.img to include necessary drivers (ft3xx.o, ...).

After two messages Loading ... I get a screen with one line of garbage. After pressing any key I get a second line of garbage, and my systems hangs.

I know the driver is the right one, because I can install from CD-Rom, using the driver disk, and everything works without a problem.

Has anyone encounterd this problem, and found a solution ?
