problems with wlan-card

Hi guys,

I have just installed Ubuntu on my pc. Ist running just fine, except, that Linux does not recognize my wlan-card. I have got a "D-Link AirPlus G DWL-G510 Wireless PCI Adapter(rev.C)". I have already installed the Windows Driver with ndiswrapper, but I can't find the wlan0 Interface mentioned in the Description. How can I get my card running?

Did modprobe ndiswrapper return anything?

If not run dmesg and see if something went wrong.

So what does dmesg tell you after you do the modeprobe?

And what does iwconfig tell you?

and "ndiswrapper -l" returns driver present hardware present?

If so try "ndiswrapper -m" and then try modprobe again.

If not still try the following link for information.
