Problems with Kworld 'PCI Analog TV Card Lite PVR-TV 7134SE'

I am trying to setup this tv card:
Kworld 'PCI Analog TV Card Lite PVR-TV 7134SE'.... at least that's what the label on the packaging says.

Distribution is Debian 7.7

lspci -vnn gives:

04:02.0 Multimedia controller [0480]: Philips Semiconductors SAA7134/SAA7135HL Video Broadcast Decoder [1131:7134] (rev 01)
Subsystem: KWorld Computer Co. Ltd. Device [17de:7126]
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 17
Memory at fbdff000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=1K]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 1
Kernel driver in use: saa7134

Card is not listed in Documentation/video4linux/CARDLIST.saa7134, so it is not recognised by the kernel.
I have added file in /etc/modprobe.d/ which contains exactly one line:

options saa7134 card=153

With this line card and tuner are recognised by the kernel, but I have problems with listening to the radio.
After approximately one min. of listening with mplayer I get this error message:

A: 97.7 (01:37.6) of 0.0 (unknown) 0.7%
Cache empty, consider increasing -cache and/or -cache-min. [performance issue]

After that there are gaps in sound coming from the capture card. Same thing with kradio.
