Angry Problems with DC10Plus video capture card install

I have downloaded and installed the driver-zoran-0.9.4 drivers from sourceforge. I have the appropriate modules compiled into my kernel (I think). When I run the update script that comes with the driver, it tries to install the modules, but when it comes to installing the zoran.o module, I get:

ROOT: 15:57 [jupiter] <268>% ./update dc10plus NTSC
./zoran.o: init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
Drivers for ' dc10plus' with norm 'NTSC' loaded

Running dmesg gives:

i2c-core.o: driver unregistered: adv7175
i2c-core.o: driver unregistered: saa7110
i2c-core.o: driver unregistered: vpx3220
i2c-algo-bit.o: i2c bit algorithm module
Linux video codec intermediate layer: v0.2
i2c-core.o: driver saa7110 registered.
i2c-core.o: driver adv7175 registered.
Zoran MJPEG board driver version 0.9.4
No known MJPEG cards found.

Looking in /proc/pci, I have the card listed at:

Bus 0, device 15, function 0:
Class 0404: PCI device 11de:6053 (Zoran Corporation) (rev 2).
Master Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=6.Max Lat=16.
Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xf7000000 [0xf7000fff].

Here are a list of the modules installed:

ROOT: 15:57 [jupiter] <270>% lsmod

Any ideas as to why the zoran driver isn't seeing my card?

BTW, I had this card working on my system some time ago, but have forgotten exactly how I got it to initialize properly.

Thanks for any help you may have.
Paul.
