easy2boot probably has the best compatibility
based on grub2dos,just copy the iso
only downside, you need a windows pc to make the images contiguous

if you only specific isos, you could try ext2/grub,your mileage may vary depending on distro

what write speed is that flash drive, you plugin' into a 2.0 or 3.0 port?

I just reformatted the flash with windows standard fat32 format, and then I install back the multi boot ISO with YUMI, those not loading properly stays the same, but now I can copy files to the flash much much faster start at 20MB/s !! so there is something on the Rufus I don't know what caused the slowness.
