I have problem with my Lan Card Driver | Motherboard is of Intel
Desktop D945GCR. i am not able to install this driver.
Plz help me how to do it in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5.

Where did you get the driver? What are you doing to install it? What kind of NIC is on the motherboard (what chipset)?
You say you have RedHat Enterprise 5....the best thing you could do, would be to call RedHat support (since you're paying for it), and get them to help you. They probably even have drivers available if you card isn't already working.
