Question Problem with graphic card: NVidia Geforce4 64MB


Can anyone help me I've installed redhat 7.1 on my computer and I've some prob with detection of my graphic card. new to linux.
If someone can help me getting the appropriate drivers
or steps that can make redhat accept my graphic card.

A good piece of advice would to be to go to www.nvidia.com and download their Linux Driver

Before trying to install anything make sure you don't go to a graphical boot when RH starts up or you could get in trouble.

Do exactly as the instructions on Nvidia's page tell you to do, read the README, make the changes to your initialization files that they suggest and you should be fine... They also have old drivers on file if you have problems with the newest driver.
