Problem using my dial-up modem
 

My computer is on Mandrake 9.1.
I successufully installed the system. Howver, my modem cause me troubles.

I use "setserial" to configure the irq and the port for my modem and the message "Your modem is ready!" happened.

When I use kppp to connect on Internet, my modem connects perfectly. BUT! Even if kppp indicates me that I'm connected on Internet, no one of my programs access Internet.

Also, my saw in the Mandrake control center, Network and Internet, that even if I connect my modem with kppp, my modem status is still NOT CONNECTED!
