Did you type snd-card-cmipci?

It could be LINUX already loaded it for you. Type lsmod. You will see a list of modules that are running.

Was everything compiled correctly. Did you get a nice message saying your sound is muted by default at the end of compiling.

yes everithing went ok on compiling stage, i gat this message about the mute stuff, and i type snd-card-cmipci. And with lsmod i obtain:
Module Size Used by Not tainted
soundcore 3236 0 (autoclean)
keybdev 1664 0 (unused)
usbkbd 2848 0 (unused)
input 3072 0 [keybdev usbkbd]
usb-ohci 17472 0 (unused)
usbcore 48032 0 [usbkbd usb-ohci]
And thats all.
