problem in sound and php


I have linux redhat9, the sound is work ok, but when I want to play the songs or any thing else << give me an error " when you want open this file"

I think I didn't have a program of RealPlayer, how can I install it,

plz, I want your help 'asap'

also there is a problem in php when I create a file in php language and run it give me a message " there is no such file like this in server"
