Problem Enabling 3D Hardware acceleration.

I have discussed it here few days ago and found some suggestions in this thread . I tried them whole but got no sucess. The package which I downloaded from Sir Winischhofer's website are not archiving and they are also much much confusing me.
Now is any one know how to enable My 3D Hardware acceleration of SiS M650/740 Vga card with an AMD DURON built-in processor. I am worried about it.
Please kindly help me if any one can
