Printer setup - printer is on Windows server

I have a client running RedHat 9. They have a Windows 2003 For Small Business server running with an HP Laserjet printer connected to the Parallel Port of the Windows server.

What are the steps I need to take to have the Linux server see this printer?

Step one install the Windows UNIX print service;

Step two use cups to connect to the Windows 2003 Small Business Server's tcp/ip printer port/service or IPP print service.
