Port:0x180 failed (device not found ) Port:0 failed (device not found )

i m using fedora core4 and trying to install linradio-toolkit-0.7(linreceiver : pci card).

after installing the software while testing (make -c driver test)it is showing the error Opening Device : succes

and comman wrpanel is showing the following error
Port:0x180 failed (device not found )
Port:0 failed
Port:1 failed

i did make succesfully .

shall i need to change the port address in Makefile.defs?

how to get the port address?

plz help to solve the problem..
