Pen drive won't mount to xen virtual Web Server 2008

Hello,

I am putting together a box built with CentOS 5.3. I am trying to get Xen server set up to virtualize 3 other centos systems and 2 windows systems. The one I am worried about the most is Windows Web Server 2008 because I need to use a pen drive to extract data on almost a daily basis. OK so here is my problem:

When I plug a pen drive into the system and mount it, it mounts to the host OS, but not to any of the virtual OSes (linux or windows) and cannot be seen when I type 'mount' into the terminal. When I try to mount it manually on a virtual system, it says that it is already mounted and cannot be done.

Any suggestions would be a big help. Thanks!
