PCLinuxos 2007 and HP Deskjet F2100 multifunction

Hi

I've had trouble getting this printer set up. In Pclos forums someone used hp-setup to get it going, but I always got an error doing that. I downloaded HPLIP from http://hplip.sourceforge.net/install/install/index.html because it was a newer package and installed the printer after this. It says its installed successfully but no printing occurs.
hp-check gives this
hp-check

Make sure to follow the steps here (step 7)

...hplip.sourceforge.net/install/manual/distros/mandriva.html

PCLinusOS is based on Mandriva and some of the similar steps need to be completed for it to work correctly.

We'll be upgrading the PCLinuxOS instructions soon to better describe the process.

All the best,

Aaron

Solved! Was using wrong driver!

Works beautifully with DeskJet D2300 driver.
