PCI card not getting detected

hii
i have patched preempt rt kernel patch for linux 2.6.23
after that i had put one pci card into the system and it was working fine.
now suddenly tha card ha stopped working
on booting it shows the error as
Cannot allocate resource region
lspci also does not detect the card.

The same card is working in other systems,so its not the problem with the card.

I tried to install the card in the normal linux kernel (without rt patch) also , but there also it didnt work.

i tried many things as
set acpi=ff
pci=noacpi
but nothing seems to help

i need to solve the problem at the earliest
kinly guide me

thanx in advance

Is working in other systems or was working in other systems? In other words, have you tried it in another machine since you've had this issue?

Also, it would be very helpful to know the manufacturer specs on this card, or at least what kind of card it is.

What distribution are you using and what version? What distribution(s) (or OSes) did the card work with?

it is working in other systems
this is an ADC card from TigerJet
after sum more troubleshooting I found the in /proc/bus/pci it shows only 00 and 01 buses
whereas same other system with same linux version shows 00 , 01 and 02 buses
also 0000:01:0f.0 PCI to PCI bridge is nonexisting which was existing before

The card is shpwn in /usr/share/hwdata/pci.ids but not in lspci or scanpci
what does that mean

Have you tried plugging it into a different PCI port ?

Hmm, did anything happen right before the card did this ? Also, it would be nice to see at least the 'dmesg' output, it might hold some clues.
