Checking voltages in the BIOS is unreliable, as its under very low load. You've far more likely to have voltage problems under load.
I've written this kind of values in some post before this one, so you can check them and say to me if there is something wrong.

EDIT:

Finally everything was solved. I've changed the old 500W PSU with another 400W PSU and everything works perfectly
