For some reason my parallel ports dosn't work in suse 9.3 but i don't know what is wrong anyway here is the relevant lspci -v output

so anyone know how im supposed to solve this? It dosn't look as a driver problem to me rather like a problem withthe ports simply not being configured so how am i supposed to fix this?
