Sorry but that doesn't tell anyone what your problem is - maybe you could try rewording it.

i was just asking how is owl compared to other linux distros whoever has tested it

Hmm... never heard of owl before (well, you learn something new evry-BAH...! )
Did some googling and well:

should probably tell you everything you need to know! Dunno if owl actually is that different from other distros, *ahem* no distro war thanks!
