Hi,

I used partimage to clone 2 partition out of three /boot and / (sda1,sda2) the sda3 was swap and i didn't clone it now i have restored them but the os won't boot? Previously it was RAID 1 and i switched to RAID 0 (its a hardware RAID controller)

Um - lets see if I understand you: you cloned partitions from HW RAID 1 device and restored them to HW RAID 0?

Is this full HW RAID or a bios/mobo fake raid?
Can you mount the partitions in a live session?
Did you restore GRUB?
