Only one cpu detected in dual p3 proliant dl380

Recently installed slackware 11 on a proliant dl380 system using raid1 everything seems to be peachy keen except I noticed in the output of dmesg that there is only one processor detected.

I used the raid.s kernel to install and then chose it again as the boot kernel.

uname -a shows: 2.4.33.3. Should this stock kernel be able to detect both processors? I am planning on compiling a new kernel anyways but I was just curious.

I have a simular issue. You need the SMP kernel installed. It will show -smp at the end.
