Oh no, another Webcam thread! Any good "how-to'ws"?

Yes, I searched the forum, I tried qt-qce (is that the name?), gaim-vv but still got no real "how to" install my webcam.

I have a logitech quicktime Express (cheap) usb cam, and would like to use it for messaging (msn, yahoo).

Does anyone knows a site with good infos on how to install a webcam?

I get segment fault when I start gaim-vv, so I thought maybe if I can check if the cam is working first and then installing a messenging SW would be a better approach...
