Nvidia Ethernet Card Problems

I just installed SuSE 9.0 Pro, and am using KDE. I have an Nvidia Ethernet Controller, which I installed the drivers for, and configured. Everything worked. But now, everytime, I restart the computer, it boots up without an internet connection and I always have to run, "modprobe nvnet" and reconfigure the device to get it started again. I noticed when I hit F2 for details when it boots up, it tries to detect the card and "fails." Leaving me to do this annoying task. Can anyone help me with this?

Most likely, if the problem is bringing up modules for your eth card, it should be solved by editing the /etc/modules.conf file. Take a look at it, or google for "nvnet modprobe suse" (just an example).
You can also create a script with this command and insert it into the boot process. If you manage to find the right point (runlevel) to insert it, you can solve the failing issue on boot.
Take a look at the SysV init editor (under menu "System"), very powerful boot editor that will let you do that.
