nVidia Card Flickers

Dear all
I have Fujistu Celsius Work-Station with (nVIDIA Quadro FX 5500 ) and Redhat Linux AS4 Update 5 with full packages installed. I have down loaded ( and installed in the system, after configuring my dual screens, the system flickers after each mouse click or movement of any icon.
Please can you provide your help in this issue.
