Nvidia 7300LT can only do 720x480 on component out

Hello. I need some help with my nvidia 7300LT that i have in my ubuntu 8.10 box. I'm using component out to connect it to my TV. I have a 4:3 tv. The only setting i have seen that gives my full screen is 720x480. I'd really like to run 1024x768 or even at least 800x600 on my tv.

Here is my xorg.conf file. I have tried changing 480p to 720p and 1080i and those worked, but i had gray bars on the top and bottom of the screen and could not use those portions of the screen.
