Nvidia 6629/Gigabyte k8t800/Mandrake 10.0 64
 

When installing the newest nvidia drivers on a Gigabyte K8T800 machine with a geforcefx 5200, Athlon 64 3400 the 64bit drivers and Mandrake 10.0 64-bit Edition the install always fails. I have tried newer kernels and the like...but to no avail.

When I install the 32 bit drivers on this same machine with 10.0 and 10.1 32-bit, i can make it work just fine without a hiccup...

Are there any workarounds that I can't find on here or is this an isolated case?
