There are lots of tuners and different TV standards, so you will have to find the identification number of yours, then enter it in Yast. Search for a cardlist containing your cards full name (Manufacturer / Model).

uname -a
command will give you all the info about your kernel etc.

how can I search for the card list?

kernel
2.6.16.21-0.25-default #1

found the command
what is listed for my card is
02:03.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01)

I replied to another post regarding this chipset. Search this site and you should find the details.
Cardlists can be found with a google search.
