no OpenGL Driect Rendering or 3D Acceleration for ATI X300

All right here is the gist of my problem, I have an ATI Radeon X300 video card and I am trying to get cedega to work. I have installed the ATI drivers corectly I think, and have been googeling, sweating, and swearing for a week now. I finaly decided to post because I need sleep. I get cedega installed, go through the setup wizard run the test and it fails the OpenGL Driect Rendering and 3D Acceleration test. If I try to install any game it will install fine, but be so choppy it is unplayable. Now I don't know if this is what is ment by /sbin/lspci, but here is what I get when I enter it at the prompt

you have to force the RPM to install
and for the bin you have to find the culprit file and delete it.

rpm --force -iv ati.xorgdriver.rpm
