no microphone input in sip client programs.
 
I have no microphone input in sip client programs like Linphone and SFLinphone. I know my microphone works because I can record in audacity. Do I have to setup a default microphone or something like that in alsa?



I am running debian, SB Audigy2 sound, alsa, no pulse audio

Have you checked the preferences in the sip client? There is usually a setting for the audio device that you want to use.
